Cancellations policy

It is your responsibility to make sure you book me on a day you know you can make the appointment. Do not book if you are unsure, because cancellations, especially same day ones are not acceptable. If you are to cancel the same day, or the day before, and wish to book again in the future you will be expected to pay for the session in full before you arrive. If you fail to show up the next time, you forfeit your fee.

NO SHOWS POLICY

No shows cannot book again unless they are willing to reimburse me for the session they failed to show up to without warning. The payment must come in before the session, for both the session to come and the one previously missed.
